CRM integration architecture — design integration patterns between Data 360, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and external platforms; provide architecture governance across workstreams. Pre-sale solutioning — lead technical response for RFPs and orals; translate complex AI and data architectures into clear client narratives; own architecture sections of proposals. Design governance — conduct solution design reviews, set architecture standards across delivery teams, and manage technical risk across programs. Team leadership — mentor architects and technical analysts; guide build quality, code reviews, and delivery standards. Practice development — contribute reusable architecture patterns, accelerators, and Financial Services specific AI use case frameworks to the broader practice.
