Privacy at Rolezi

Current scope

Rolezi is operated by Wonderin LLC. Rolezi offers free job discovery, employer-direct applications, verified accounts, optional weekly alerts and private résumé storage. Authorized Rolezi staff may facilitate relevant introductions under your optional sharing permission.

Your information and your choices

Browsing and applying do not require an account. Optional accounts store your verified email, professional preferences and consent history. Alert authorization, promotional email and recruiter sharing are separate choices. None enrolls you in another Wonderin product.

Optional recruiter sharing

The one optional recruiter-sharing permission covers your professional profile, contact information and any résumé you choose to upload. It starts unchecked, is not public and is limited to verified recipients and relevant recruiting opportunities. Withdrawing permission blocks future sharing immediately; recipients may retain previously disclosed copies.

Storage, analytics and retention

Account information is stored in isolated Rolezi AWS resources. Résumé storage is private, encrypted and accessed only through authenticated account or authorized staff routes. Saved jobs stay in your browser. We count listing impressions, detail views and outbound clicks as browsing events, never completed applications. Obvious bots and prefetches are excluded; repeat events are deduplicated per job and day. Operational abuse controls use short-lived hashes rather than putting raw IP addresses into analytics. Alert confirmation requests expire after 24 hours. Preference links expire after 30 days; unsubscribe links after one year. You may disable alerts and promotional permission separately. Private uploads are quarantined and malware-scanned before download or staff sharing; supported files are PDF/DOCX up to 10 MB. Replacing a cleared résumé removes the previous private file; deleting it removes all stored versions. Quarantine objects and their older versions expire after one day; pending/failed upload metadata expires after seven days. Active profiles, subscriptions, current résumés and consent history remain until you change or delete them. Employer inquiries, browsing counters, delivery metadata, disclosure records and minimal deletion receipts expire after 90 days. Security logs are retained for seven days. We retain hashed bounce/complaint suppression entries to prevent further unwanted mail.

Access and deletion

Sign in to edit preferences, withdraw sharing, export your profile or request deletion. Deletion requires your current password and an explicit confirmation. It immediately disables account access, future sharing and alerts. A background worker removes the account, profile, subscriptions, consent history, owned employer posts and every stored résumé version; a recovery sweep runs every five minutes. The page reports completion only after the server confirms it. A minimal receipt and account revocation marker remain for 90 days; pseudonymous email-delivery records expire after 90 days, and suppression hashes remain to prevent unwanted delivery. Encrypted database recovery backups may retain removed records for up to 35 days until expiration and are unavailable through Rolezi account or staff tools. Already disclosed copies held by recruiting recipients and employer-site records are outside Rolezi storage. You can clear browser-saved jobs through browser site data. Employer sites have their own privacy practices.
