Free candidate access
You may browse jobs and visit employer application pages without signing up or paying. An outbound click does not submit an application. Employers control their hiring processes, job content and availability.
Employer responsibilities
Employers must provide genuine, lawful and non-discriminatory opportunities, accurate compensation and authorized canonical application links. Fraud, misleading postings, unauthorized candidate collection, resale and unrelated marketing are prohibited. Organization verification and manual moderation are required before a post goes live. One free active post is available per verified organization under the configured allowance.
Promotion pilot
A possible $199 featured listing for 30 days is a proposal only. No checkout or automatic charge is active. Any future paid placement needs agreed deliverables and transparent sponsorship labeling. No applications or hires are guaranteed.
Recruiter-sharing permission
Optional permission can be withdrawn in account settings and immediately blocks future sharing. Recruiter search and automated or bulk résumé disclosure are not offered. Authorized staff may facilitate relevant introductions only while your one optional sharing permission is active, using verified recipients and audited disclosures. Uploading a résumé alone does not authorize disclosure.
