We believe in investing in our people, and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams – even if you aren't a 100% skill or experience match. Here are a few qualities we've found compatible with our team. If some of this describes you, we'd love to talk. You’re the person who wants to read the actual bill, regulation, or agency filing and understand what it means rather than relying on the headline. You can take a complicated policy proposal and explain in a few paragraphs what it does, why it matters, and what CoreWeave should consider doing about it. You’re comfortable moving from a federal AI policy issue in the morning to a state energy proposal or community infrastructure question in the afternoon. You’re a strong writer who enjoys turning technical, legal, and business input into clear and persuasive policy positions. You thrive in a fast-moving environment where the policy landscape changes quickly and good judgment, responsiveness, and attention to detail matter. Why CoreWeave?
