Today, Fireworks is a Series D company valued at $17.5 billion, bringing together an ambitious, collaborative team that's building the future of enterprise AI. We're hiring a GTM Engineer to help design, operate, and continuously improve the systems powering our revenue engine. This role sits at the intersection of GTM systems architecture and field execution — ensuring our tools, automations, and data flows are not only well designed, but actively driving productivity for our sales and marketing teams. You will work closely with sellers, marketers, and GTM leadership to ensure our systems surface the right signals, eliminate manual work, and help the team move faster. The Role Everything about the customer engagement workflow is changing - and the pace of change is faster than ever. You’re someone who wants to invent the sales platform of the future. When reps struggle with tooling, workflows break, or valuable signals are missed, you step in to refine the system and make it better.
